The 2025 Belmont County Agricultural Society Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 20 at 7:00p.m. in the Wise Building located on the Fairgrounds.

Article III Membership (Currently stated as…)
Section 1. Any Belmont County resident 18 years old or older may become a member of the Society by paying annually the membership fee fixed by the Board of Directors. Membership certificates shall entitle the member whom it is sold admission to the fair as the Board of Directors may determine and vote for directors at the annual election, provided the membership is purchased 15 days before the election will be able to vote. (As per the Red Book)
Proposed change remove admission to the Fair.
Add a section to:
Article IV Board of Directors
Section 1a. If more than two members of an immediate family, as defined in the red book, are members of the board only two members can cast votes in any decision-making election.
