The Belmont County Fairgrounds
Located at 45420 Roscoe Rd. St. Clairsville, OH
The Fairgrounds span 162 acres providing amble space for a variety of events and activities.
In 2010, the fair relocated from its previous 17-acre site adjacent to St. Clairsville High School to the current expansive location. This move facilitated significant growth, including the addition of 14 new buildings over the years. The Fairground now houses The Ohio State University Extension building and the Belmont County Soil and Water Conservation District office, enhancing agricultural education and community outreach.
The Belmont County Agricultural Society
The Belmont County Agricultural Society's object and purpose shall be to promote and encourage agriculture, industry, schools, science, are and other interests of Belmont County which the Board deems proper and in the best interest of the community. The Board of Directors is responsible for the operation of the fair and for carrying out the Society's object and purpose. We welcome any and all suggestions you have for making the Belmont County Fair one that will benefit and provide the most to all people in Belmont County and surrounding areas
